Our Resort Accommodations Are near the Sugar Pine Railroad
As you ride this locomotive, all you have to do is look below to see the Sierra National Forest and its breathtaking woods to see what was taken to build California and what has been kept to preserve it. Trains just like this one once hauled the famously enormous California logs through the Sierra Mountains. This is definitely not your ordinary railroad. The Sugar Pine Railroad begins at Yosemite's south gate on Highway 41.
